Washing Instructions
Machine wash separately (capacity 8kg or greater) on a delicate, 30oC programme without whitening.
Use a mild soap and avoid using softeners.
When the wash is done, do not leave the rug in the machine since the colours may run or stain other portions of the rug.
Sun drying should be avoided.
Don't be concerned if lint develops; this is the fibre left behind from cutting the cotton. During the first few days, it is recommended to sweep the rug with a strong brush in the direction of the plush, followed by vacuuming.
If you come across any long or loose strands, snip them using a pair of scissors. Never, ever pluck a thread.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
